  • The Coworking Space seeks to revamp the remote work experience by providing an inclusive space for early-stage entrepreneurs, especially those struggling to find a conducive workspace at home.

Step 2: Choose Your Space

Bookable Rooms

There are several different rooms with varying vibes to explore. However, you can also book the whole studio if you need the space for your event.

Beauty Lab

  • The Beauty Lab is for small business owners who offer personal services (beauticians, nail technicians, makeup artists, hair stylists, and more) without the retail space to practise their craft. Renters can advertise this space on their socials and benefit from lower costs, lower risk and increased stability.

Creator Studio

  • Book your next photoshoot at our Creator Studio with Flaunt It’s award-winning and brilliant photographers, videographers, creative directors and content creators. Our team ensures an inclusive and embracing studio environment that enables you to feel confident and beautiful when you walk in front of the camera.

  • Need help figuring out how or where to start decorating your event? Save the stress and hassle by hiring Flaunt It to decorate the space for you!

  • Enhance and glam your event with balloon displays! Flaunt It’s got you covered with referrals and discounts for any occasion.

  • Make your event one to remember with a photo booth! For referrals and discounts on rentals, Flaunt It will gladly connect you.

  • With a Flaunt It membership, you can save big on numerous services which include but aren’t limited to bookings and rental equipment, etc.

Step 4: Stay Informed

Housekeeping Rules

  1. Flaunt It Studio can comfortably accommodate 30 people, maxing at 50. 

  2. Guests must ensure the space is clean by the end of their event and tear down/put away any decor, furnishing, equipment, or items they’ve used during their event. Please do not leave the space without doing so. Our team works very hard to maintain the space as people come and go!

  3. Please respect all other guests who may be using part of the space during the same times as you.

  4. The cut-off times for events are 3-4 am EST. Please inquire about staying late at night at the studio for your event in advance.

Approved Resident Rates - $60/hr

This rate is for local or past Jane-Finch residents.

A form must be filled out for verification beforehand. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your form to be reviewed. You will then be emailed a link with the resident rates you can use from now on.

Step 5: Book the Space

Booking Rates

There are two types of booking rates for Flaunt It Studio. Please fill out the correct booking form/section to avoid any delays.

Standard Rates - $100/hr

This rate is for people who aren’t approved residents of Jane-Finch.

Please complete the appropriate booking form below based on standard rates to proceed to the next step.

Students, non-profits, and charities can also book the studio space at resident rates. Please note that you will be asked for verification/ID to confirm.

  • The Flaunt It Studio is primarily designed for and welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women. We offer discounted rates for community members, non-profits, and students. Men can book the studio but will be subject to standard rates.

  • You can book the studio via our website, where you'll find a calendar with available dates and a straightforward booking system. We also offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods. (We accept all payment types)

  • Yes, we offer discounted rates for community members, non-profits, and students. Our standard rates apply to all other bookings. For detailed pricing, please visit our website or contact us directly.

  • We cater primarily to women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Men may join drop-in events, but we ask that they check with staff in advance to confirm space availability.

    • Private Bookings: If you book a studio space with more than 4 people in the Creator Lab, it will automatically be a private booking.

    • For smaller groups (under 4), you may be working in other rooms of the studio with other guests.

    You can always request a private booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Yes, a studio attendant will be present during your booking to support you with any equipment needs. However, the attendant may be working in other rooms of the studio as well.

  • Yes, most of our studios are private by default, but you can request specific privacy if needed. Please note that if you're booking for a larger group, we will ensure you have a private space.

  • Our studios are comfortable for up to 30 people for events. We can potentially accommodate up to 50 people with prior approval. Please reach out to us to confirm capacity for your event.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring your own equipment, but please be aware that we also have equipment available for your use. If you're planning to bring a lot of gear or have specific requirements, let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is set up for your needs.

  • The prices listed on our website include all standard booking fees, but additional charges may apply for:

    • Extended hours

    • Special equipment rentals

    • Cleaning services for events with large groups or special setups

    All additional fees will be communicated upfront, and you will have the option to approve them before confirming your booking.

  • Yes! We encourage potential clients to schedule a studio tour to see the space in person. You can book a tour through our website or by contacting our team directly. We’ll be happy to show you around and help you find the best space for your needs.
